Free shipping anywhere in Australia using Australia Post EParcel with a tracking number.

Any estimates of delivery time shown on Yoga Mat Co.’s website are estimates provided by Australia Post and delivery within Australia can be expected up to 2-7 business days. Orders going to Western Australia, the Northern Territory and rural areas may take longer. Yoga Mat Co. does not warrant that a Yoga Mat Co. product will be delivered within the estimated delivery time and disclaims any liability for any loss that arises by virtue of late delivery.
The Customer agrees to inspect each Yoga Mat Co. product upon delivery and will be deemed to have accepted the Yoga Mat Co. product in good condition unless the Customer notifies Yoga Mat Co. strictly in accordance with Yoga Mat Co.’s Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Items are sent via Australia Post Express International Courier and a tracking number will be supplied.
NZ is a flat rate of $15 AUD for all orders and will be sent via Australia post Express Courier which take approximately 2 – 4 business days.
International shipping to all other countries is based on weight. All orders over 2 kgs such as yoga mats are a flat rate of $30 AUD and are sent via Australia Post Express Courier. A tracking number will be supplied.

Please note it is the customer’s responsibility for payment for any international taxes, customs or duties. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Yoga Mat Co. will declare FULL $ value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. Yoga Mat Co. can not put a lower value on the parcel.
Please Note: Our shipping policy requires that a signature be provided upon delivery for domestic and international shipping. If no one is home during business hours your package maybe taken to your local post office. If delivery is attempted but you are not home, you will receive an ‘attempted delivery slip’ in your letterbox and an ‘attempted delivery email’ giving you instructions on where to go and collect your package. To avoid a failed delivery attempt please use an address where someone can sign for your package during business hours.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our return policy lasts 14 days since date of purchase. Beyond this, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition unused, unwashed and with all labels and packaging still attached. Please return the item as we sent to you. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and note explaining the reason for the return.
HOW TO RETURN
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return it and receive a store credit or exchange the item. To do this email email@example.com to advise of your intent to return your item. Please include your contact details, description of the item being returned, order number and reason for return. We will issue a return advice via email. Then you are able to send the item/s. Please note items must be received by Yoga Mat Co. within five (5) business days of the return being lodged.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
